Your owls are fantastic, but I can’t download them! I’ve tried several times but there is a small yellow star instead of the owls! Any suggestion? Thank you for your lovely work!

I use Internet Explorer, but the problem it’s only with the owls, I can download the other cupcake toppers without problems! Thank you for your help!
